"This is a great product. Don't let the low price fool you, these headphones are really good. The clarity makes editing audio tracks so much easier than the set I was using before. It picks up sounds that I never heard on my other set, allowing me to edit with a cleaner end result. Focus also shipped really fast, which is a plus. I needed the product fast, and they delivered. I couldn't be happier with my purchase."
"Bought these in 2018 a year and a half ago and the ear pad came very dry and stiff, almost cracking. I've been looking into and apparently these do dry out over time but mine came dry out of the box. Despite that, they're work as expected and the pads are just now cracking now, which prompted me to review these. For comparison, my other earphone pads haven't cracked (though most suffered from other problems). If ear pads for $25 are all I need to replace and these last, then I'd be happy with that for now but probably would've looked at higher priced alternatives if I had known that before but would've been 5 stars otherwise."

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
