Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from KEURIG BLEW IT I had a Keurig ELITE for YEARS. Then it broke. Went to replace it and all I was able to find was the 2.0. I purchased it because it said on the box that it would work with all k-cups. Well it doesn't. I've had to "rig it up" to use it with the hundreds of dollars of K-Cups I have on hand. THIS IS THE WORST coffee maker I've ever had. Why would Keurig do this? They have gone from BEST to WORST. I cannot wait to get rid of it and find a coffee maker that will work with the k-cups that I have. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEE MAKER.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another one bites the dust... The 2.0 was my second Keurig after my original one died after about 2 years. Now the 2.0 lasted a year and a half, Im done. I will take all of the pods, open them into a coffee container and go back to a regular drip machine. I just wish a product would be manufactured in the USA and last longer. This just shows the lack of quality and consideration for a consumer's money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely dissapointed Extremely disappointed in the 2.0. Seems Keurig has succeeded in making a useless coffeemaker unless you use their products exclusively. Have to buy adapter to use bulk coffee . Can't make tea with bags in the carafe or if you try to make it in a any other pitcher, will not dispense water in any amount larger than 6 oz. Much slower than original Keurig. Carafe won't keep the beverage warm enough to drink during your meal. Will never buy another and wish I hadn't bought this one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY SAD I loved my K65 special edition Kuerig and was sad when it broke. When I tried to replace it I found that it was no longer available. All the stores I went to only carried the 2.0 reader versions which I did not want. I was skeptical about the reader and didn't need a carafe. I just wanted the good old classic Keurig. But I had no choice so I bought the 2.0. While it worked I went thru 2-3 pods to get a cup of coffee because the reader didn't work. Then I couldn't even get hot water. By the weeks end the machine didn't work at all. I then found a k45 at Staples and bought that. Not as nice as the k65 but at least it was the good old basic Keurig - or so I thought. That was another disaster. It's loud, the water splatters everywhere and the coffee tastes like plastic. I've run it a dozen times to see if the plastic taste would go away but it didn't. I'm not sure what Keurig has done - changed parts, manufacturers??? - but these new machines are awful. So sad because it was such a great product. I'm researching other Brewers now because I can't wait for them to fix these problems and frankly no longer trust the brand. These machines shouldn't be on the shelves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keurig 2.0 K460 System This has been the worst Keurig machine I've ever owned. I use filtered water, and still have to descale every 2 or less months. It constantly clogs when brewing and doesn't finish brewing the whole cup. Now I've had it just over a year, and the water pump no longer works. My FIRST Keruig still works. In fact my Keurig that I gave away for this one...still works. The 2.0 is the WORST idea EVER....going back to an older model THAT WORKS.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened? We had a Keurig that we used routinely with no problems for over three years. We loved it. It recently stopped working, so we bought a new Keurig. Right away I noticed the poorer quality of the new machine compared to the old one. No water filter and all plastic where the other had chrome features were obvious quality changes. Within three weeks it stopped working. I performed the maintenance several times to no avail. We returned it and bought another Keurig. After one week it also quit brewing. I called the support line and was asked to stick a paper clip up the needle and jiggle it. Really? I will be returning this one and buying a different brand of better quality. I am very disappointed with Keurig, especially since we were so satisfied with our first machine.
