This single-serve Keurig brewer is super simple to operate. Just pour in 8 oz. of water, wait for it to heat, pop in your favorite K-Cup and press the brew button! In seconds you'll be enjoying rich and flavorful coffee, tea or hot chocolate from an amazing array of over 250 varieties of available K-Cup beverages. To make things even easier, there's a series of printed, step-by-step picture instructions along the left side of the unit. So no hunting for the manual and guests can operate the brewer easily.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for Travel or Hotel Rooms Used this at a hotel for about a week. It was frustrating at first as I didn’t have a cup all the way back against the machine. It must recognize a cup is present or it won’t start brewing. Worked perfectly for me. I enjoyed that I can have my favorite coffee and others can have theirs without brewing a big pot of one kind of coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tiny but mighty and a space saver! In a small townhouse, we are limited in space in the kitchen. This little coffee maker is perfect. My wife drinks more coffee than I do, but I prefer iced coffee and only drink one since I am usually pretty wired to begin with. So, it's the perfect blend of technology and space saving.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Bother I seldom drink coffee, but do want aa cup every couple weeks and also wanted to have something easy for guests. I usually drink tea, both hot and iced, and the K-cup tea selections and price are what sold me on this machine. However, the cup or mug being filled has to be EXACTLY the right size for machine sensor, or it will not brew. Took over an hour of trial and error to find that out! I have very few cups in my entire kitchen that will work with this brewer, and it will not accomodate a taller cup for iced tea. I bought the machine last Fall, and have used it a couple dozen times. After about three weeks of non-use, I went to make tea last week, and it will not brew -- gets through the water heating cycle, but nothing comes out. I now have about fifty unusable K-cups, maybe I can cut them open, pour the tea into a tea strainer and go back to the good old tea stove top kettle!! I'd had a Tassimo that my daughter took when she moved out, and we loved that machine -- it is still working fine after two years of almost daily use. The only reason I tried a Keurig was becasue of the variety of K-cups -- not doing me much good now!!

Machine is easy to use and care for and makes a hot cup of great coffee. I like strong hot decaf coffee and this little machine along with Tully's french roast decaf KCup brews the perfect cup. I almost want to buy a second for back up! Highly recommend.
