Now more than ever you can zoom in with ease on your subject, the lens’ fast f/1.7 maximum aperture allows you to capture photos even in low light conditions. It also helps you gain greater control over the focus position for shallow depth of field and selective focus techniques. The lens has three aspherical elements that reduce distortion along with spherical aberration for sharper imagery and clarity.
High Precision Auto Focus
The lens incorporates a newly developed steeping motor which increases the focusing action in both photo and video recording. When mounted on the camera the LUMIX G allows you to take advantage of both high speed and high-precision contrast AF system.
Nano Surface Coating
This technology reflected in the Panasonic LUMIX G 15mm f/1.7 lens dramatically reduces ghosting and flare at the entire visual focus range from 380-780mm. The extra low refractive index coating results in sharp image quality that will impress any skilled photographer.
