Unlike studio monitors with added bass or treble frequencies which may sound more flattering at first, HS Series speakers were designed to give you the most honest, precise reference possible, providing an ideal sonic platform to build on throughout the mixing process. By combining acquired knowledge and expertise with state-of-the-art sound technologies, Yamaha's speaker engineering team have examined, then optimized, every aspect that has contributed to making these monitors the most trusted in the business. The second-generation HS Series also adds a new 6.5-inch model to the lineup, bringing its exceptional accuracy to an even greater variety of recording environments. The Yamaha HS8 Studio Monitor Powered Speaker in Slate Gray features an 8-inch cone woofer and 1-inch dome tweeter. Produce low-distortion sound with a well-defined bottom end at any output level. It has a 38Hz to 30kHz frequency response with a power consumption of 60 watts. It features a 75W LF plus 45W HF bi amp system, 120W total. It also has room control and high trim response controls. It comes in a pack of 2.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
