Electro-Voice EVERSE 12 Loudspeaker Rain Cover with Special Handle Pockets and IP44 Rating

The Electro-Voice EVERSE 12 Loudspeaker Rain Cover is intended only for temporary use in wet or damp environments. The loudspeaker is not intended to be exposed continuously to moisture over long periods. Do not expose to salt water or spray, do not expose to chlorine, or use in high chlorine environments. The EVERSE 12 rain cover includes a bottom flap specifically intended for tripod positioning. Additionally, it features top and side handle pockets, facilitating convenient transportation of the speaker while protected by the cover. The incorporation of drain holes at the bottom allows for kickback orientation. Moreover, an amplifier input pocket is included, providing easy access to cables and ensuring seamless connectivity while the speaker is shielded from adverse weather conditions.
IP rating
The EVERSE 12 loudspeaker with the rain cover installed is rated for IP44, but only in upright and kickback orientations, and only when used properly as defined in the included Quick user guide. When using the rain cover, the weatherized input cover is optional to achieve the IP44 rating.
Weatherization
When the rain cover is installed, the EVERSE 12 loudspeaker is designed to be weather-resistant to IP44 standards, but not waterproof.
