The Eris Studio 5 delivers up to 102 dB of crystal-clear, transparent sound with its 5.25-inch woven-composite low-frequency driver and 1-inch silk-dome tweeter, powered by 80-watt Class AB bi-amplification. The ported enclosure creates a deep, tight low end, while an EBM waveguide provides a wide, controlled sweet spot and detailed high-frequency reproduction. The custom-designed EBM (Elliptical Boundary Modeled) waveguide provides superior high-frequency response and wide 120-degree horizontal dispersion to create a broad sweet spot. A variable lowpass filter enables a seamless crossover transition, and a switchable 80 Hz highpass filter is provided for optimizing performance with satellite speakers.
