Create beats, chop samples, record audio, sequence external instruments, and arrange complete songs with the Akai Professional MPC One G2. Its standalone design keeps the production process inside one focused hardware system, while a new 8 core processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage provide the power and space needed for detailed projects.
Faster Standalone Production
The G2 processing architecture delivers up to four times the performance of the previous MPC One generation. Produce with up to 16 stereo audio tracks and run up to 32 plugin instrument programs within one project. The MPC3 operating environment supports track based creation, sampling, sequencing, arrangement, mixing, and performance without requiring a computer.
Hands On MPC Workflow
A 7 inch full color multitouch display provides direct access to sample editing, sequencing, mixing, plugin controls, and arrangement tools. Sixteen classic MPC pads support responsive finger drumming and sample triggering. Four Q Link controls with OLED feedback place frequently used parameters within reach for quick adjustments during production and performance.
Connect a Complete Studio
Balanced line inputs and outputs, MIDI connections, eight CV and Gate outputs, USB Type A, USB C, and an SD card slot support computers, mobile devices, controllers, storage drives, synthesizers, drum machines, and modular equipment. USB C can carry audio, MIDI, and data, including up to 24 channels of audio and 32 channels of bidirectional MIDI.
Studio Software Integration
With the use of expansions and plugins for drums, melodic loops, percussion, acoustic instruments, synthesizers, and production tools, the MPC One G2 can serve as the central instrument for beatmaking, recording, arrangement, external hardware sequencing, and live performance.
