Compact MIDI Controller and Sequencer
The KeyStep 37 mk2 combines a 37-note Slimkey keyboard with hands-on controls, an arpeggiator, and a polyphonic sequencer. It works seamlessly with DAWs, modular setups, and hardware synths, keeping ideas flowing without interruption.
Slimkey Keyboard
37 velocity-sensitive keys with aftertouch allow expressive playing while maintaining a compact footprint. Extra keys provide more range for two-hand parts and wider chord shapes.
Arpeggiator and Generative Tools
16 arpeggiator modes and real-time mutate, spice, and dice features turn riffs into evolving sequences. These tools keep musical ideas moving and simplify performance variations.
Polyphonic Step Sequencer
Record or program up to 64-step sequences with 8-note polyphony. Overdub, chain, and transform sequences on the fly for fast sketching and full arrangement development.
Hands-On Control
4 mode-aware encoders and OLED display let you adjust sequences, arps, chords, and mutations instantly. Pitch and modulation strips provide smooth bends and expressive modulation during performance.
Universal Connectivity
Full-size MIDI DIN, USB-C, Sync I/O, and four CV/Gate outputs allow integration with modern DAWs, vintage synths, and modular gear. Assignable CV outputs expand control for modular setups.
Sequencer, Arp, Controller Modes
Switch between sequencer, arpeggiator, and controller modes to capture riffs, transform them into sequences, or modulate external gear. Modes work together to maintain workflow momentum.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
