The ENGL E633BO Fireball 25 Blackout brings the familiar Fireball high-gain character into an all-black amplifier head. Its 25-watt all-tube design combines tight low end, cutting mids, and articulate gain for players who want aggressive tones that stay defined. Two channels, Clean and Lead, give you a direct path from cleaner sounds to saturated drive without turning the control layout into a menu.
Tube Tone with Focused Control
The preamp uses 4 ECC83 12AX7 tubes, while the power amp uses 2 6L6 tubes. Each channel has its own Gain control, supported by Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence, Master, and Lead Volume controls. Mid Boost adds another sound shaping option when more midrange focus is needed. An adjustable noise gate helps manage unwanted noise during higher gain use.
Flexible Volume and Rig Integration
A rear Power Soak provides Full, Mid, Low Power, and Speaker Off settings so the amplifier can adapt to different volume requirements. A tube-buffered serial effects loop supports external effects routing, while the line output provides another connection point for compatible gear. Speaker outputs support 1 x 8 to 16 ohms or 2 x 16 ohms, and the dual footswitch jack is provided for the ENGL Z4.

The Blackout edition pairs the Fireball platform with a striking all-black appearance. Handcrafted in Germany, the amplifier measures 42 cm wide, 23 cm high, and 20 cm deep, with a product weight of 11 kg. It brings the core Fireball controls, tube configuration, power management, and connectivity into a focused 25-watt head for guitar rigs that demand precise control and a strong visual presence.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
