The Fender American Professional Jaguar combines the familiar Jaguar body shape with modern playability and a versatile control layout. Its 24-inch short scale length gives the instrument a distinct feel with lower string tension, making bends easier while supporting the warm, responsive character associated with the Jaguar platform. The alder solid body and rosewood fingerboard complete a classic material pairing for players who want a professional electric guitar with a compact scale.
V-Mod III Jaguar Pickups and Flexible Circuits
Two V-Mod III Jaguar single coil pickups provide articulate sparkle and chime. A 3-position toggle selects the bridge pickup, both pickups, or the neck pickup. The lead circuit provides master volume and tone controls, while the rhythm circuit adds independent thumbwheel volume and tone controls for series rhythm mode. A push push tone control taps the bridge pickup for a lower-output vintage tone, giving the player another useful voice without adding complicated controls.
Modern Playability with Classic Jaguar Feel
The maple neck uses a Deep C profile with a Super-Natural satin urethane finish on the back and a sculpted heel for comfortable access to the upper register. The 9.5-inch rosewood fingerboard carries 22 narrow tall frets, while a bone nut and 1.685 inch nut width support a familiar fretting feel. The Panorama Jazzmaster tremolo has a pop-in arm for expressive vibrato, and the ClassicGear J-Bridge supports stable string positioning and precise intonation.
Fender standard cast and sealed staggered tuning machines complete the hardware setup. The guitar arrives strung with Fender USA 250R nickel-plated steel strings in .010 to .046 gauges and includes a Deluxe Molded Case for transport and storage.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
