Throughout her Grammy-nominated solo work and her tenure as a co-founder of Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon is widely recognized as one of the most original bass players in modern rock music. She has also continually returned to the guitar both in the studio and onstage, developing a distinctive voice defined by dissonance, texture, and restraint.
The Limited Edition Kim Gordon Jazzmaster reflects that dual legacy. Finished in Olympic White with a matching headcap, it’s a visually striking instrument that carries its character in the details: a rosewood fingerboard with white pearloid block inlays and a Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 humbucker in the bridge that pushes the Jazzmaster’s naturally open voice into heavier, more aggressive territory. The vintage-style floating tremolo preserves the offset architecture that made the Jazzmaster a staple of the no wave and noise rock scene of which Gordon has long been a massive influence.
The Limited Edition Kim Gordon Jazzmaster is a fresh take on a storied model, designed to channel the exploratory, boundary-pushing approach that has defined Gordon’s work on both four- and six-stringed instruments.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
