The model’s name is a celebration to Adam’s grandmother, Mrs. Gladys Jackson. The Jackson Gladys Pro Series Signature Concert Bass Guitar with 34-Inch scale pairs a resonant poplar body and graphite-reinforced bolt-on neck design to generate formidable sustain, while the custom neck profile and 9-Inch to 16-Inch compound radius maple fingerboard and 22 jumbo frets make for super comfortable playability. The heart of this five-string bass has custom Jackson BBE J-style pickups, voiced to the artist specifications, paired with an active 3-band EQ circuit to dial in that perfect tone. A Jackson Hi-Mass bridge enhances note attack and sustain without altering tone while the open-gear tuners combine for stellar tuning stability with improved note punch and sustain. You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
