Ibanez Steve Vai Signature 6-String Electric Guitar has contemporary features and a breathtaking design. It has a 5pc Maple/Walnut neck that provides tonal clarity and superior attack. The rosewood fretboard provides a well-balanced solid tone with a focused mid-range. The newly designed PIA Blossom inlay is gorgeous, prominent, and elegantly imparts Steve Vai's trademark style and artistic vision.
Fingerboard, Body, and Machine Heads
The guitar has a scalloped fingerboard on 21-24 Frets for more accessible high note bending and tapping. The Alder body delivers a well-balanced, bright tone, enriched resonance, and sustain. The Gotoh machine heads provide super precision, a smooth feel, and minimal back lush.
DiMarzio UtoPIA Pickups
Based on Steve's tonal preferences, DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups are voiced for smoother highs, scooped mids, and a more pronounced low-end. DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups incorporate beautiful aesthetics and design elements meant to complement the decorative features of the guitar.
Tremolo and Cavity Plate
The masterpiece Edge bridge offers exceptional tuning stability, precise intonation adjustment, and playing comfort. The tremolo cavity plate is held magnetically, allowing quick removal and reinstallation when changing strings or adjusting the tremolo system.
Control and Petal Grip
A high pass filter on the volume pot maintains highs at low volumes. Exclusively designed for the PIA, the new Petal Grip offers a balanced, contemporary design aesthetic. It's also meant to symbolize unity, companionship, and interpersonal bonds.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
