The Ibanez RG565R Genesis Collection electric guitar brings a fast-playing RG platform together with a vivid Purple Neon finish. Its Japanese construction pairs a basswood body with a Super Wizard 5-piece maple and walnut neck, giving players a focused instrument for precise rhythm work, rapid lead passages, and expressive tremolo techniques. The 25.5-inch scale, 24 jumbo frets, and slim neck dimensions support fluid movement from the first position to the upper register.
Fast Neck and Focused Fretboard
The bound rosewood fretboard uses a 430 mm radius and white sharktooth inlay for a familiar RG feel and clear position reference. The neck measures 17 mm thick at the first fret and 19 mm at the 12th fret. Jumbo frets promote smooth single note work, while the 43 mm nut width and 58 mm width at the 24th fret provide room for controlled bends, wide intervals, and accurate chord shapes.
Dual Humbuckers with Flexible Switching
An Infinity R ceramic humbucker at the neck delivers tight response and clear dynamics. The V8 alnico humbucker at the bridge adds a focused voice for articulate rhythm and lead tones. A 5-way selector accesses each pickup, both pickups together, a parallel neck sound, and partial coil combinations for a broader range of textures without adding extra controls.
Edge Tremolo and Precise Hardware
The Edge tremolo bridge is built for expressive pitch movement, precise intonation adjustment, and dependable tuning stability. A locking nut supports the tremolo system, while Gotoh machine heads provide smooth tuning control. Black hardware completes the Purple Neon finish, creating a bold RG appearance backed by the speed, control, and clarity expected from the Genesis Collection.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
