For three decades, the Ibanez SR has provided bass players
with a contemporary option. Maintaining its enduring appeal, Ibanez
consistently strives to meet the diverse requirements of players across various
budgets. Regardless of the specifications, the essence remains unchanged - the
SR continues to captivate with its sleek, quick neck, lightweight body, and
precisely aligned electronics.
Neck, Fretboard, and Body
The tonal clarity and superior attack are delivered by the 5-piece Maple and
Walnut neck. A Jatoba fretboard, characterized by its reddish-brown color,
contributes to a rich mid-range with a crisp high end. Medium-sized frets are
incorporated to enhance note accuracy. The Poplar Burl top showcases an exotic
wood grain, while the Nyatoh body enriches the overall sound with a rich
mid-low end.
PowerSpan Pickups
Crafted by Ibanez, the PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups feature exposed pole pieces
that generate a robust signal, enhancing the responsiveness of higher
frequencies without compromising the low end. The outcome is a tonal quality
imbued with intricate harmonics and dynamic expressiveness.
Ibanez 3-Band EQ
Ibanez introduces the Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ, representing a
pinnacle in the evolution of easy-to-understand, intuitive EQ control. Notably,
the Boost and Cut for the Mid Control are precisely centered on slightly varied
frequencies, showcasing an innovative design that provides a preset spectrum of
the most desirable bass tones.
Bridge with Adjustable Saddles
Featuring adjustable saddles, the Accu-cast B500 bridge accommodates variable
string spacing with a range of approximately 1.5mm, catering to the individual
string spacing preferences of every bassist.
Unique Power Tap Switch
Engaged through the 3-way Power Tap switch, these pickups provide three
distinct tonal profiles - a rich humbucker sound, a pristine single-coil tone,
or an enriched single-coil sound tone, all enriched by the deep lows from the
humbucker pickups.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
