As an artist, Tim Henson is always trying to update, invigorate and reinvent his band's image. He has taken that same approach with the TOD100FMN, his signature nylon string electric guitar.
Premium Tonewoods and Innovative Construction
The TOD100FMN combines carefully selected tonewoods and advanced acoustic design to deliver a responsive nylon-string playing experience. A solid flamed maple top provides clarity, articulation, and dynamic response, while the Sapele back and sides offer a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone. The modified FRH chambered body with fan bracing enhances resonance and projection while maintaining the comfort and feedback resistance expected from a modern nylon electric guitar.
Distinctive Visuals
The TOD's most striking aesthetic feature may be the fingerboard inlay design, which Tim has dubbed as the Tree of Death. The name and the design are both nods to the iconic Ibanez Tree of Life inlay design, but with a twist.
Nyatoh Neck and Rosewood Fretboard
The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end while the Rosewood fretboard offers a well-balanced solid tone with a focused mid range.
Sapele Back and Sides
Sapele back and sides deliver a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone.
High-quality Hardware
Fishman S-Core pickup accurately translates a full guitar sound to whatever amplification system you plug into. The Ibanez AEQ210TF Preamp provides the extra punch of on-board EQ, and the convenience of an easy-to-read digital tuner.
Rosewood Bridge
The Rosewood bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone.
Modified FR Hollow Body with Fan Bracing
Its thin, compact body and superior high fret access contribute to the superb playability of this guitar. It has less feedback as there's no sound hole on the body top. Fan bracing, which is commonly used for classical guitars, allows this guitar to have a warm and natural nylon string sound.
Side Sound Port
The sound port on the body side allows you to feel and hear the pure acoustic tone of this guitar more clearly and directly.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
