The Korg KAOSS Pad V is a hands-on effects processor and sampler built for live performance, studio work, and streaming setups. With dual-touch XY control, voice-to-MIDI capability, real-time looping, and broad connectivity, it offers direct control over sound shaping without slowing down your workflow.
Dual-Touch XY Pad Control
The XY pad supports two-finger control, allowing you to adjust two effect parameters at the same time. This makes it easy to create evolving textures such as filter and delay or pitch and reverb in a single motion. The result is more expressive control with fewer steps during performance.
Voice-to-MIDI and Vocal Processing
Voice-to-MIDI converts vocal pitch into MIDI data, letting you control synths and MIDI gear using your voice. Built-in vocal effects such as harmonies, vocoder, and pitch morphing allow you to shape vocals for both creative and performance use without external processors.
Real-Time Sampling and Looping
KAOSS Pad V supports real-time sampling with overdubs and BPM-synced playback. You can capture loops up to 8 bars depending on tempo and maintain timing accuracy during playback. Step Hold locks effects or samples to BPM, helping loops stay aligned with your track.
Flexible Inputs for Any Sound Source
Mic, line, and Hi-Z inputs allow direct connection of vocals, instruments, and line-level gear. The dedicated Hi-Z input supports electric guitar and bass without extra hardware, making the unit suitable for compact live or home setups.
USB Audio and MIDI Integration
The built-in USB audio interface allows direct recording and streaming to a computer. Standard 5-pin MIDI I/O supports connection to legacy and modern MIDI devices. This makes the KAOSS Pad V easy to integrate into DAWs, hardware rigs, and hybrid setups.
Presets and Expandable Storage
The unit includes 300 onboard presets, with 200 factory presets and 100 user slots. Custom sounds can be saved internally or expanded using SD or SDHC cards up to 32GB, providing room for extended sampling and preset management.
Customizable Performance Setup
Users can edit effects, adjust parameters, and save personalized programs directly on the device. Pad LED colors and control behavior can be customized to match individual workflows, improving visibility and control during live use.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
