The set includes a new 14-inch digital snare and low-profile kick pad for improved response and acoustic-like playability. The digital ride and hi-hats provide accurate triggering and a natural feel.

Roland Cloud Integration

A six-month Roland Cloud Ultimate membership is included, allowing access to DW Soundworks and downloadable kits via Roland Cloud Connect.

Expanded Output and Connectivity

Includes balanced stereo XLR and 1/4-inch main outputs, eight direct outs, USB audio/MIDI interface with 32 channels, Bluetooth support, and 17 trigger inputs.

Software and Editor Support

The kit is compatible with V71 Editor (macOS/Windows) and offers enhanced V-Edit tools for sound shaping. It also integrates with DW Soundworks for DAW-based workflows.

Sturdy Stand and Full Cymbal Setup

Comes with the MDS-GND2 stand and a full range of cymbals, including a 16-inch crash, 14-inch crash, and 18-inch ride.

The Roland MDS-Grand 2 Drum Stand provides a rock-solid foundation for the flagship TD-50K2 and any other V-Drums kit. This rugged rack stand allows you to set up a wide, comfortable playing spread when you have the room, and there is plenty of adjustment range in the tom holders and cymbal arms to create a tighter configuration when space is limited. And if you ever want to expand with a full-size KD-220 or KD-222 Bass Drum or a 22-inch acoustic kick outfitted with the KD-A22 Kick Drum Converter, there is ample space beneath the central horizontal bar.
