The Yamaha Stage Custom Birch-5 Piece Drum Set combines a compact 20-inch bass drum configuration with 100 percent birch shells for drummers who want a focused acoustic kit for rehearsal, recording, and live performance. This set includes two rack toms, a floor tom, snare drum, bass drum, and Yamaha TH945C tom holder.
6 Ply Birch Shell Construction
Each shell uses six plies of birch with a 7.2 mm thickness. Birch provides a clear, controlled response with strong attack, while the consistent shell construction across the kit helps the drums respond as a unified set.
Y.E.S.S. Tom Mounting
Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System mounting minimizes hardware contact with the tom shells and positions the mounts at nodal points where shell vibration is less affected. The system helps preserve sustain while the ball mount and clamp allow flexible tom positioning.
The kit uses 1.5 mm steel triple flange hoops on the toms and floor tom, wood hoops on the bass drum, and 45 degree bearing edges. Yamaha also uses die cast bass drum claw hooks with rubber insertion plates and bass drum legs with stoppers to support stable setup and reduce unwanted hardware noise.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
