The Yamaha SS62 is a compact snare stand built around a dedicated 12 inch basket, giving smaller snares a purpose matched support point without adding unnecessary stand weight. Its single braced leg design keeps the stand at 2.4 kg, while the 43 to 59 cm available height range gives drummers useful room to set a comfortable playing position.
Precise Step Free Positioning
A Step Free Tilter provides smooth, stepless basket angle adjustment instead of fixed gear positions. The snare basket adjustment knob uses an ergonomic grip and a built in metal washer to make tightening feel smooth and controlled. Refined wing hardware is shaped to reduce hand strain during repeated setup and teardown.
Support That Lets the Drum Speak
Tone Enhancing Basket Rubber flexes under impact to help reduce unwanted vibration transfer between the drum and stand. This lets the shell resonate more freely and supports clearer tonal character, including stronger sustain in the lower register. Large rubber feet increase floor contact and help keep the stand planted during playing.
With 22.2 mm lower tubing, 19.1 mm upper tubing, compact folding support, and a dedicated 12 inch basket, the SS62 gives players a focused option for smaller snare setups in rehearsal, recording, and live performance environments.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
