The Yamaha SS7 snare stand combines a single braced leg design with larger 28.6 mm lower tubing and 22.2 mm upper tubing for a strong standard height setup. Its 46 to 63 cm available height range gives drummers a broad standard height adjustment range, while the stand remains 2.7 kg for manageable transport between rehearsal, recording, and live spaces.
Precise Step Free Angle Control
A Step Free Tilter provides smooth, stepless basket positioning without fixed gear stops. The snare basket adjustment knob uses an ergonomic grip and a built in metal washer to support controlled tightening. Refined wing hardware is shaped to reduce hand strain, helping repeated setup changes feel more comfortable.
Basket Contact That Supports Resonance
Tone Enhancing Basket Rubber flexes dynamically under impact to help reduce unwanted vibration transfer from the drum into the stand. This lets the shell resonate more freely and supports increased sustain in the lower register. The basket can therefore hold the drum securely while minimizing unnecessary restriction at the contact points.
Oversized rubber feet add floor grip, and the single braced legs fold into a compact profile for transport. For drummers who need a broad standard height range with straightforward stepless angle control, the SS7 brings the key adjustment and resonance features of the new series into a lighter single braced format.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
