The Yamaha Arius YDP-166R Digital Home Piano brings expressive keyboard response, concert grand piano sound, and practical digital features into a refined rosewood cabinet. Its 88-key GrandTouch E keyboard uses graded weighting, synthetic ebony and ivory keytops, and escapement to provide controlled response across the keyboard. The included bench completes a coordinated home piano setup for lessons, practice, and performance.
Yamaha CFX Sound with Resonant Detail
The built-in Yamaha CFX Voice captures the character of Yamaha's flagship concert grand piano. VRM Lite recreates the interaction of piano strings for added resonance, while 192-note polyphony supports sustained passages and layered playing. Dual 20 W amplifiers and two 12 cm speakers with diffuser grilles project balanced sound for both the player and listeners.
Practice, Recording, and Smart Device Features
Choose from 10 instrument Voices, 10 Voice Demo songs, 50 Classics, and 303 lesson songs. A metronome, adjustable tempo, Duo mode, Dual mode, and a 2-track MIDI recorder support structured practice and musical development. Bluetooth audio and MIDI allow compatible smart devices to stream audio, communicate with supported applications, and access instrument controls. USB to Host also supports audio and MIDI connection.
Traditional Upright Control for the Home
The integrated damper, sostenuto, and soft pedals provide familiar piano control, including half pedal response on the damper pedal. Two headphone jacks support private practice, shared lessons, or side-by-side listening. A sliding key cover, music rest with braces, and compact upright profile help the YDP-166R fit naturally into living rooms, studios, and dedicated music spaces.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
